Absolutely fantastic experience. On-time, knowledgeable workers, very fair price, and quality work. They explained everything, and answered all my questions. Warm, friendly personalities, too. I now feel like I have relatives in the plumbing business.

They were very careful about not impacting the various utility lines running through my lawn, which was a real challenge considering the workers who built the house were all idiots in everything they did. These guys (Marcus and Hunter) made me feel total confidence in their ability to get the job done. They cleaned up, and got things done quicker than expected.

The next time some bad, wet thing happens, I won’t hesitate to call them.

5 Star Rating!!  They came on time, did great work.  Were professional, polite and very nice.  I would call them again any time I have a problem.  In Addition they are very reasonable.

Our family had a great experience with Washington Energy’s Plumbing division. After a home energy audit, we ended up buying a heat pump and a tankless water heater. It’s the best thing we’ve ever done. Unlimited hot water! I wish we would have gotten a tankless water heater a long time ago. If I only knew how great it is! In the past, we’d get maybe 1 and a half showers out of our hot water tank, which was actually pretty big. But now we have as much hot water as we want at any given time…which is great as both of my kids play hockey and soccer (often at the same time). AND, it used to be that I’d have to wait to take a bath until late at night after we ran the dishwasher, did laundry, etc. But now I can have my only “mom-time” whenever I want. I always joke with my friends that I could even wash my car with hot water and fill up my hottub with it too. I don’t really do that, but just knowing I could is a beautiful thing. The other plus is that the tank is small and it’s mounted on a wall in our garage right next to our washer/dryer, taking up way less space than our previous tank version.

The installation guys (Raphael and Miguel) were totally cool and told me everything thing they would be doing and asked me questions about where we wanted stuff vented, piped, etc. And the initial people who came out to do the audit and translated the findings into regular-person-speak were also super great. I would use them again in a heartbeat.
